Dutch Renewergy installed a solar power system of 200 solar panels on the roof of the HNK Amsterdam Schinkel building in Amsterdam in January 2018.

Dutch Renewergy takes full responsibility for the installation and operation of the solar power system on behalf of building owner NSI. We develop, finance, install, operate, and maintain the solar power system for a term of at least 16 years. By making smart use of an ESCo, Amstelius has been able to cover nearly the entire cost of the solar power system lease through savings on conventional energy. As a result, building owner NSI enjoys all the benefits of using the solar power system, while inc urring virtually no costs.

Solar energy provides a number of benefits to the building owner. For example, the building owner contributes to the reduction of CO2 emissions. Also, the building owner becomes less dependent on the use and price fluctuations of fossil fuels.
