Dutch Renewergy completed a solar farm with a total of 178 solar panels on the roof of the Hettenheuvel I. office building in Amsterdam in December 2017.

Dutch Renewergy fully relieves building owner NSI in the construction and operation of the solar power system.

We develop, finance, install, operate, and maintain the solar power system for a term of at least 16 years. By making smart use of an ESCo, Dutch Renewergy has been able to cover nearly the entire cost of leasing the solar power system through savings on conventional energy. As a result, building owner NSI enjoys all the benefits of using the solar power system, while inc urring virtually no costs.

Solar energy provides a number of benefits to the building owner. For example, the building owner contributes to the reduction of CO2 emissions. Also, the building owner becomes less dependent on the use and price fluctuations of fossil fuels.
