Dutch Renewergy completed a solar farm with a total of 178 solar panels on the roof of the Hettenheuvel II. office building in Amsterdam in December 2017.
Dutch Renewergy fully relieves building owner NSI in the construction and operation of the solar power system.
Wij ontwikkelen, financieren, plaats en, exploiteren, en onderhouden het zonnestroomsysteem tijdens de looptijd van ten minste 16 jaar. Door slim gebruik te maken van een ESCo heeft Amstelius de hoogte van de huur van het zonnestroomsysteem bijna geheel kunnen realiseren binnen de besparing op de grijze energie. Gebouweigenaar NSI heeft hierdoor wel alle voordelen van het gebruik van het zonnestroomsysteem, terwijl NSI nagenoeg geen kosten heeft.
